To me, music is experienced best when loud, no doubt. Loud enough so you can hear all the subtleties upon the air in which a song was recorded.
An amp, a loud amp, more specifically a Fender Blues Jr. with some delay and a little distortion - now there is a good friend I really miss.

As I read this blog post I found myself understood.
Understood in the incapacity I feel to express what music means to me in words. Something I feel more capable of explaining to myself as I strum a guitar. Or alternatively understand as I put my headphones on and absorb the sounds, making them an integral part of me.
